Through world quests you are able to earn around 100-150 Legionfall War Supplies per day.The building turnins will be a cross-faction and region effort, and progress on all three will be made concurrently. You can earn Legionfall Recompense for completing building quests like Contribute to Mage Tower, which rewards an Artifact Power item, some Nethershards, and Order Resources. Turn in 0 Legionfall War Supplies to one of three buildings, which can be done multiple times per day.These buildings provide temporary powerful zone buffs and character perks.

If my next legendary are the boots then I will own every utility legendary (other than pry neck, figures the only utility one I want is the one I don't get) and be forced to buy a new desktop because gravity from a 2nd story window is a dangerous thing.The Broken Shore zone added in Patch 7.2 introduces buildings players must fortify and rebuild: Nether Disruptor, Command Center, or Mage Tower. Now I could be wrong but I am fairly sure double downing on a fire bracer / belt / DB helm / exo shard / KJ Trink makes up for the 100-150k dps gap people are seeing in mythic Nighthold.
The only real proof people can offer is try to point out that 98% of the top 3k mages all have 1-2 of 4 different legendaries and none has double utility ones(fire mage). Should we just email blizz sound bytes of mages getting yelled at in discord instead? Who uses whispers anymore lol. Just as the Aztecs offered sacrifices of flesh and blood in exchange for blessings from the gods, so too must we litter the altar of the devs with offerings of funny gifs.

You gotta edit famous movie scenes that depict your class in a negative light. We know Blizzard doesn't listen to feedback or properly-presented criticism provided on forums or test realms. I'm not seeing any screenshots of whisper convos with raid leaders benching mages from Mythic runs, or mages getting turned down for M+ runs. Hunters meme'd their way to buffs on /r/wow.
